• Conduct biannual safety and environmental risk reviews
• Maintain current infection control and emergency preparedness plans
• Require 100% CPR/First Aid certification across all disciplines
   

• Provide continuing education and mentorship opportunities
• Strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration and professional engagement
   

• Uphold HIPAA-secure operations through Google Workspace BAA
• Advance cybersecurity training and integrate outcome dashboards for tracking quality measures
   

• Collaborate with local organizations, universities, and adaptive programs
• Promote inclusive communication and disability awareness
• Participate in community outreach and advocacy efforts annually
